About The Position
Security Solution of America (SSA) is a rapidly growing security guard and patrol company. The company's success is driven by its officers in the field. The Unarmed Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and their property. This role involves patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and reporting suspicious activity. The guard will also control access to the property and ensure all visitors and employees follow established security protocols. The ideal candidate should possess a guard card and prior guard experience, be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality, reliability, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, is essential.
