The Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound procedures on adult and pediatric patients for the diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. This role involves assisting radiologists during specialized exams to obtain satisfactory images with minimal supervision. The technologist is responsible for patient interaction, reviewing medical history, screening for implants and allergies, and ensuring patient care throughout the exam.
