Requirements

Minimum one (1) year of ultrasound imaging experience is required.
RDMS certification is required.
Demonstrate professionalism and practical interpersonal skills in a diverse population.
Ability to be self-directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Must provide proper credential documentation per company, client, and state requirements.
Must be current on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug and background checks.
Must have a current BLS/CPR.

Nice To Haves

RVT additional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging procedures (OB, general, and vascular).
Communicate pertinent clinical information and ultrasound findings to the radiologist.
Manage High-Level Disinfection (HLD) procedures and documentation proficiently.
Displays effective utilization of PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data.
Perform a variety of routine and emergency ultrasound imaging and other sonographic procedures with minimal supervision, requiring independent judgment.
