About The Position

Requirements
- Certified or eligible for certification by: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography (ARRT) (S). OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- All sonographers must obtain certification within twenty-four months of eligibility or cross training.)
- Certified in Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or obtain within 90 days of employment
- Sonographers must be in compliance with the ARDMS, ARDMS, ARRT or CCI requirements for continuing education appropriate to their practices
Nice To Haves
- Graduate from an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology
- For specialty areas: Cardiology: Registered Cardiovascular Technologist with two (2) years cardiac related experience
- Vascular: Registered Vascular Technologist with two (2) years vascular related experience
- OB/GYN: Registered OB/GYN Technologist with at least two (2) years of OB/GYN related experience
