This is a full-time travel Ultrasound Technologist position located in a rural hospital several hundred miles northwest of Anchorage, AK. The contract is 14 weeks long, with housing and travel provided. The role involves providing diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures, independently operating sonographic equipment, and communicating results. Responsibilities also include daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, reporting equipment failures, and quality assessment. Competency in General, OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester with anatomy scans), Carotid, and upper and lower DVT exams is required.
