Requirements

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or School of Radiology required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn advanced ultrasound procedures.
• Graduate of an accredited DMS program or ARRT/DMS certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice To Haves

• Diagnostic medical sonography experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Conducts abdominal, obstetric, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, testicular, and other small-parts imaging studies while ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate imaging results.
• Maintains ultrasound equipment, supplies, and work areas to support safe and efficient operations.
• Serves as a resource for ultrasound procedures and provides compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients across the lifespan.
