Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Graduate of AMA-accredited Ultrasound program
- ARDMS registered
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience
Nice To Haves
- Additional certifications (RVT, etc.)
- Clinical experience
- Familiarity with EMR/PACS systems
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations, including portable and invasive procedures, according to departmental assignments and protocols
- Operate imaging equipment and related devices
- Demonstrate competency across OB/GYN, adult, geriatric, and neonatal imaging
- Evaluate diagnostic images for quality and accuracy
- Maintain sterile technique when required
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure patient identification prior to exams.
