Ultrasound Technologist - Float Pool
About The Position
Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC), the largest radiology practice in Northern Virginia, is seeking a full-time Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to join their Float Pool team. This role will support multiple FRC Imaging Centers throughout Northern Virginia. The position offers a supportive culture, a weekday-only schedule, and excellent benefits. Requirements
- Active RDMS certification upon hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong technical skills, adaptability, and commitment to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Vascular experience a plus
- 1+ years of experience in general and/or breast sonography preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general and breast Ultrasound exams, including but not limited to: Breast, OB (1st – 3rd trimesters), GYN, Abdominal, Small Parts.
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with radiologists and team members to ensure high-quality imaging and efficient workflow.
