About The Position

Responsible for obtaining diagnostic quality sonographic images according to pre-established guidelines. Schedules and observes time-management techniques according to departmental productivity and efficiency standards while observing a quality patient care experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of a sonographer program.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) (or within 12 months of hire into the department).
• BLS Certification is required (or within 30 days of hire into the department).

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of clinical Sonogram Technology experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
