About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing institution, constantly expanding the quality and reach of its care. This position involves operating ultrasound scanning equipment to produce records of designated portions of the human anatomy for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Certified or eligible for certification by: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography (ARRT) (S), OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• All sonographers must obtain certification within one year of hire date or cross training
• Certified in Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or obtain within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound scanning equipment to produce records of designated portions of the human anatomy of infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
