About The Position
This role involves performing Ultrasound procedures as required by the hospital. Key responsibilities include demonstrating competency in all US and Echocardiogram positioning and procedures according to departmental protocols, assisting with biopsies, maintaining the Cidex Room, and ensuring proper disinfection and cleanliness of probes. The position also requires proficiency in equipment operation, performing quality control tests, and utilizing systems such as PACS, Putty, Carevue, OpenVista, and ARS.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Applied Science.
- Meets the requirements for the Registry by the ARRT.
- Current New Jersey State License.
Responsibilities
- Perform US procedures required by the hospital, including all US and Echocardiogram positioning/procedures per departmental protocol.
