About The Position
A healthcare facility in Plainview, Texas is seeking an experienced Multispecialty Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures including vascular, general, and cardiac imaging in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements
- Strong multispecialty ultrasound experience required
- Experience in vascular ultrasound and echocardiography required
- Skills in general, OB, fetal, breast, and transvaginal ultrasound required
- Ability to work 4x10 day shift schedule required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with adult echo, contrast echo, and stress echo preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
Responsibilities
- Perform multispecialty ultrasound imaging including vascular and cardiac studies
- Conduct general, OB, fetal, breast, and transvaginal ultrasounds
- Perform echocardiograms including adult, contrast, and stress echo
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and accurate reporting
- Prepare and position patients for procedures safely and comfortably
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow imaging protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
