Requirements

• Operating ultrasound-scanning equipment
• Making abdominal, vascular and / or obstetric images of the body
• Positioning and instructing the patient for imaging exams
• Adjusting and/or calibrating equipment
• Following all hospital mandated safety precautions

Responsibilities

• Operating ultrasound-scanning equipment to make abdominal, vascular and / or obstetric images of the body.
• Positioning and instructing the patient for imaging exams.
• Adjusting and/or calibrating equipment as needed.
• Ensuring all hospital mandated safety precautions are followed.
• Performing other duties as required.
