About The Position

This position involves reviewing appointment schedules and suggesting changes to maximize the use of available resources (equipment and staff) to ensure efficient patient and physician service. The role requires operating and maintaining proficiency on all ultrasound equipment to provide quality imaging, performing patient procedures, and utilizing appropriate scanning techniques to obtain necessary images. Images must be correctly labeled with the patient's name and identification number.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Successfully completion of physics boards and abdominal boards through ARDMS
• CPR Certified
• Registered with ARDMS in Abdomen

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospital experience preferred
