About The Position

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. The scope of work for this position involves performing basic and advanced diagnostic and obstetric ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documenting findings. The role also includes assisting physicians with invasive procedures as needed and providing appropriate patient care, recognizing patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• CRT-Breast (BR) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Imaging Upon Hire required
• CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC Red Cross within 90 days required

Responsibilities
