About The Position

Under the direction of the site designated leader, assigns and monitors the work of the Ultra sonographers to optimize quality and efficiency. Acts as a resource for ultrasound staff/department. Performs diagnostic ultrasounds and other related duties to ensure department policies and imaging standards are met. Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in health care or related field
• Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound program or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience as Ultrasound Technologist or related field
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire
• CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes Cardiac/Vascular Upon Hire
• CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes Cardiac/Vascular Upon Hire
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Exclude Cardiac Upon hire for Vascular department 1 Year required
• CRT-Breast (BR) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Exclude Cardiac/Vascular 1 Year required
