Guided by a belief in extensive data analysis and a commitment to collaborative global relationships, the Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Industrial Wastewater (IWT) team is responsible for providing continuous, safe, and high-quality utilities to our Fab. At our water and wastewater plants on the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor campus, our Operations team’s drive for sustainability and operational excellence is balanced by our need to adopt tomorrow’s technologies to ensure plant resilience, environmental stewardship, and the safety of our staff. As a Critical Work Technician for our 24/7 Operations team, you will be responsible for executing critical Grade A and Grade B step plans with precision and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves performing detailed technical procedures, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, and maintaining documentation for each step. In addition to the critical work, your role will include ensuring the reliable, safe, and timely replacement of critical equipment consumables including but not limited to: Reverse Osmosis(RO)membranes, Ultrafilters, Activated Carbon, Membrane Bioreactors(MBR)modules, Biological Nutrient Removers(BNR)components, Ion Exchange vessels and Polisher Resin—in ultrapure water and industrial wastewater treatment systems, thereby maintaining system performance, product quality, environmental compliance, and operational continuity.
