About The Position

Start a new career as a UKG Ready Implementation TLM Solutions Consultant at ProcareHR! Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive time and attendance implementation experience with demonstrated ownership of full life-cycle builds; UKG Ready required.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, state-specific overtime rules, and complex scheduling requirements.
• Proven experience configuring time clocks, mobile punch, and geofencing/integration setups.

Nice To Haves

• Experience serving senior care, healthcare, or PEO clients strongly preferred.
