About The Position

As a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role, you will be part of our Workforce Technology - Enabling Apps team, focusing on UKG software consulting. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to UKG software. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to provide impactful solutions, contributing to HR Transformation and Optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver value to our clients.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
