About The Position

Mass General Brigham (MGB) Digital is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst. This role is responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency. The specialist will work with UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows, conduct testing and validation, train end users, develop documentation, provide ongoing support, and engage in dedicated project work. Participation in regular team meetings and professional development activities is also expected.

Requirements

Expertise in configuring and implementing at least one of the following UKG Pro WFM areas: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics or reporting.
Experience with writing and executing test plans designed for direct and regression testing
Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs that can align with enterprise standardization.
Bachelor's Degree Information Systems preferred
Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Train end users on the operation of software applications.
Develop end user documentation.
Provide ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
Engage in dedicated project work.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates.
Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and online training.
