The UiPath Automation Engineer supports the design, analysis, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within federal government environments. This role is responsible for both architecture and engineering, helping the client identify automation opportunities, design scalable automation solutions, implement new bots, optimize existing bots, and support the migration of attended automations to unattended enterprise automation platforms. The engineer collaborates closely with business stakeholders and operations teams to develop intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance data quality, and streamline business processes. Responsibilities include designing automation architectures, developing and supporting UiPath workflows, implementing attended and unattended bots, troubleshooting production automations, leveraging UiPath AI and Computer Vision capabilities, and implementing Document Understanding solutions for structured and unstructured data processing. This role requires strong technical expertise in UiPath technologies, process analysis, automation architecture, workflow development, and operational support. The engineer will evaluate existing business processes, recommend automation approaches, define technical requirements, and develop scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and business teams within a federal government environment.
