About The Position

Peraton is currently hiring an experienced UI/UX Solutions Developer for enterprise-level UI/UX solutions development within our Cyber & Intelligence sector. This role is located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with flexibility for some remote work, but requires the candidate to be local and able to come on-site as needed. The developer will design and develop intuitive user interfaces to optimize the overall user experience, create actionable and user-friendly dashboards, maps, and visualizations to help users consume information and make decisions, and work with data scientists and end users to refine usability and interface workflows. The position aims to advance the mission by connecting customers and their challenges with UI/UX solutions, encouraging creative thinking and challenging the state-of-the-art. Teamwork and collaboration are emphasized, with a focus on challenging and supporting teammates to achieve shared success. Continuous improvement of existing tools' accuracy, speed, and efficacy is expected, along with developing and maintaining professional relationships to support USTRANSCOM.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA degree; 3 years with MS/MA.
An additional 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree.
Experience with development and implementation of enterprise-level UI/UX solutions.
Demonstrated creative thinker with a mission-minded focus.
Possess a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
Active DoW Secret Clearance.
