Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
- Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints
Responsibilities
- Evaluate legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and modernization opportunities
- Redesign outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX with modernization goals
