About The Position

Lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences — from discovery through production handoff. Partnering with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible experiences customers trust. Operate with autonomy, ground decisions in research and business outcomes. Help set the bar for craft across the team.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives
Expert-level Figma, prototyping, and interaction design skills
Sharp visual design skills — typography, layout, color, spacing, and attention to detail
Experience building and contributing to design systems
A track record leading user research and usability testing, and turning insights into decisions
Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodologies
Excellent communication skills — you can explain design rationale to any audience and influence across teams without formal authority
A portfolio showing senior-level impact: the problem, your process, and measurable outcomes

Nice To Haves

Native mobile design experience
Experience with complex, workflow-heavy tools for professional/expert users
Background in inventory or sales-enablement tooling
Experience in automotive, fintech, or other regulated/trust-sensitive domains
Agile development experience
Experience designing conversational or agentic AI interfaces
Experience using AI tools to speed up your design process
