About The Position

We’re looking for a UX Designer with 4+ years of experience and strong expertise in Figma to lead end-to-end user experience design. In this role, you’ll own and scale our design system, collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers, and craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for our products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience across web and mobile platforms
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to think holistically about user workflows, logic, and experience consistency

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Spanish, Mandarin or other second language proficiency
• Experience in streaming video or media platform space is a strong plus
• Top-Tier Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a 4-yr accredited institution globally ranked in the top 500 universities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end user workflows across responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Strengthen and maintain the Figma design system, including components, tokens, libraries, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director, Product Managers, and Developers to deliver high-quality features
• Clearly present and communicate UX decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Consider backend logic, edge cases, and full user journeys in all designs
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design assets
• Ensure accessibility, design consistency, and UX best practices across consumer-facing and enterprise SaaS interfaces
