This role is crucial for developing the next generation of tools that support airline operations, specifically focusing on the Operations Control Tool used for network operation and disruption recovery. The designer will also create interfaces for dispatchers, crew services, and duty managers, ensuring clarity and usability in mission-critical software that coordinates flights, crews, aircraft, and stations. The position involves working closely with a dedicated product team from idea conception through to continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on translating high-stakes, real-time decisions into calm and legible interfaces. A key aspect of the role will be shaping how AI assists operators through human-in-the-loop patterns, ensuring transparency, guardrails, and audit trails for trust. The designer will also be responsible for maintaining the Moxy Design System and incorporating UI/UX best practices.
