About The Position

The UI/UX Application Developer works with the existing technical team to design, develop, and maintain application interfaces that align with the internal business model. This role requires a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, strong technical expertise, and precise technical problem-solving skills. Professional communication skills and project management experience are required. Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Tableau is essential; this position requires coding skills such as Java and experience with web-driven technologies for various internal data-driven applications and external client-facing applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Background in application development and systems integration
Experience designing and developing UI/UX for customer-facing portals
Salesforce development
Experience in web-driven technologies and API’s
Knowledge of Agile principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Tableau
Coding skills such as Java

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and deploy applications according to business and technical requirements.
Maintain, develop, and support web-based client portals.
Develop new processes and workflows in Salesforce Lightning.
Assist with QA work, such as code reviews and data testing.
Ability to work within an Agile environment, provide and accurately communicate updates as part of the project management process.
Maintain existing applications and provide support for users when needed.
Ensure documentation is created and accurate for all development procedures.
Review applications for security and validate they are scalable and aligned with best practices.
Approach technical problems with creativity, innovation, and flexibility.
Adaptability when analyzing logic to research all resources for a variety of solutions.
Attention to detail when developing and communicating with coworkers.
