About The Position

The UI State Call Support Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining unemployment claim-related documentation, entering and verifying data within internal systems, and communicating with state adjudicators and clients as needed. This role supports timely and accurate case handling by ensuring all documentation and system activity meets established standards for quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or related experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and accurately index unemployment claim documentation submitted by state agencies or other sources in a timely manner
  • Utilize state websites, client systems, and internal platforms to locate, verify, and update claimant and case information
  • Review case details and communicate required information to state adjudicators within defined timelines
  • Enter and maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all activities in internal systems
  • Monitor assigned workloads to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or issues requiring further review
  • Support additional claim processing or documentation tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
