About The Position

This is a UI Lead / UI Manager role, not a hands-on developer role. The primary responsibility is to bring multiple applications into a client correspondence HUB CCH. The resource will be responsible for architecting, designing, setting coding standards, and executing the strategy, with a team of developers reporting to them. This role involves collaborating with peer teams, articulating and selling concepts, and gaining buy-in from other teams. The ideal candidate must be a UI expert and guide/provide solutions for a seamless look and feel and user experience. Collaboration, influence, and convincing partner teams to work in sync are key. The role also includes driving strategy and conducting code reviews, working closely with the UI/UX team.

Requirements

• Must be a UI expert.
• Experience with applications written in React or Angular.
• Understanding of Java backend APIs.
• Ability to guide and provide solutions for seamless look and feel and user experience.
• Strong collaboration, influence, and convincing skills.
• Experience driving strategy and conducting code reviews.
