Requirements

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or equivalent state management)
  • 2+ years of experience building responsive/mobile-first UIs using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience with RESTful API integration, async patterns, and authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
  • 1+ year of experience with build tooling (Webpack/Vite), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), and Git-based CI/CD workflows
  • Ability to translate Figma/design specs into pixel-accurate, WCAG 2.1 accessible UI components
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • TypeScript proficiency in a React codebase
  • Experience with GraphQL API integration
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques — code splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks, preferably Next.js
  • Design system contribution experience (building or maintaining shared component libraries)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities
