Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or equivalent state management)
- 2+ years of experience building responsive/mobile-first UIs using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience with RESTful API integration, async patterns, and authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
- 1+ year of experience with build tooling (Webpack/Vite), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), and Git-based CI/CD workflows
- Ability to translate Figma/design specs into pixel-accurate, WCAG 2.1 accessible UI components
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- TypeScript proficiency in a React codebase
- Experience with GraphQL API integration
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques — code splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks, preferably Next.js
- Design system contribution experience (building or maintaining shared component libraries)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
