About The Position

The client is seeking a UI designer with 5+ years of experience to join a multidisciplinary team, including a Product Owner, designers, integrators, and developers. The primary focus of this role is to produce mockups and components that align with existing libraries and brand standards. The client is looking for a meticulous visual executor who can work within an established design system, rather than someone to create a design system from scratch. WCAG accessibility is a high priority, mentioned as a required skill and an integral part of the design stage. A strong understanding of front-end constraints, web performance, and responsive design is essential, indicating a candidate who can deliver practical mockups in close collaboration with integrators. This role is strictly focused on UI production and is not a UX design research or strategy position; candidates whose profiles are limited to workshops, personas, and user journeys without concrete UI output are not suitable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI design experience
• Mastery of visual design principles, ergonomics, and interaction
• Design of consistent, intuitive, and brand-aligned interfaces
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• WCAG accessibility practices
• Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools
• Experience in UI design for complex websites or digital products

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an agile and multidisciplinary environment
• Understanding of front-end technical constraints
