About The Position
SunSoftOnline is hiring 15 UI Adjudicators for an Arizona state agency in Phoenix. This role involves reviewing applications for public assistance programs and determining eligibility through interactive interviewing and fact gathering. Responsibilities include verifying application forms for accuracy, following up with applicants, and communicating with them to address concerns and determine resolutions. The UI Adjudicator will also explain rules and policies to claimants, representatives, employers, doctors, and state and federal agencies to make qualification determinations.
Requirements
- Phoenix metro residency with your city on your resume
- 2+ years customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship
- W2 only
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing eligibility reviews
- Previous insurance adjudicator experience
