About The Position

Plutus Media is seeking a UGC Creator to produce engaging TikTok content for their clients, which include viral AI platforms, global mobile apps, and next-gen product teams. The role involves creating and posting 30 TikTok videos per month, aligning content with client branding and campaign objectives, and collaborating with internal teams on creative concepts. The creator will also be responsible for submitting analytics reports, managing multiple campaigns, and implementing feedback to improve content performance. This is a project-based role with the opportunity to earn an average of $4000+/month and receive performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating UGC (User-Generated Content) for brands, consumer apps, e-commerce businesses, or direct-response marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to maintain consistent content production schedules and meet recurring delivery deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and reliability.
• Experience working from creative briefs and implementing feedback effectively.
• Professional communication skills and a track record of responding promptly to feedback, revisions, and project updates.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, platform best practices, and short-form storytelling.
• Strong creative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Passion for content creation, social media, and emerging content trends.
• Portfolio of previous UGC or short-form content examples showcasing creativity, performance, and content quality may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Create and post 30 engaging TikTok videos per month.
• Create engaging, high-quality TikTok content that aligns with client branding, campaign objectives, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas and creative concepts.
• Submit weekly account analytics and performance reports.
• Submit content for review and approval when required.
• Complete account setup and warming activities in line with project guidelines.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and meet all agreed content delivery deadlines.
• Follow creative briefs and project requirements accurately while maintaining content quality.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and timely delivery.
• Respond to team communication, feedback, and revision requests in a timely manner.
• Implement content feedback quickly and effectively to improve performance.
• Proactively communicate any delays, blockers, or availability changes that may impact deliverables.
• Demonstrate a willingness to apply daily content feedback and continuously improve content quality and performance.
• Attend weekly account review calls and contribute to performance discussions.
