Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Physically based in the United States
• A personal IG or TT page with a minimum of 1M+ previews views
• Comfortable posting consistently and experimenting with content
• Any niche is welcome (pop culture, lifestyle, tech, beauty, comedy, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Daily posting is encouraged
• You may use an existing account or start a new one specifically for this job
• We're looking for varied, talking head videos

Responsibilities

• Create short-form vertical videos (3-60 seconds)
• Share content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Post consistently and experiment with content
• Submit live-links to all posts at the end of the month for invoicing & credit

Benefits

• Monthly base rate of $600-$2000 depending on video styles and existing account traction
• Escalators for videos when they hit 50K, 100K, 500K, and 1M views that can exceed $10k/month in bonuses depending on views
• Month-to-month contract
• Non-exclusive (you’re free to work with other brands)
• Content may be reused for marketing and advertising purposes
