UC Platform Engineer

About The Position
Responsible for owning and managing a platform, including risk, performance, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Unified Communications (UC) platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Hands-on experience working directly with platforms and real-time collaboration tools (#1 Zoom, Teams, Webex)
- Experience with audio/video conferencing, collaboration tools, and room systems
- Strong understanding of underlying network components within these platforms (network infrastructure, firewalls, proxies, and security)
- Skilled in scripting, APIs, and automation to streamline tasks
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2)
- Comfortable with Windows and MacOS, software installation, and deployment
