Requirements

  • Minimum of five(5) years experience in a related field
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and the Google Suite
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in the use of office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and various types of computer related equipment. (printer, modem, flash drives, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be dependable, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JDE is helpful, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Florence Senior Management Team with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, organizing the calendar, gathering information, assist with reports and presentations, handling travel arrangements, processing expense reports, planning and prepping for plant visits, audits and customer tours, ordering food and shopping for breakfast or lunch meetings when necessary.
  • Handle all Donation Requests for the Florence facility.
  • Complete Weekly Ops Meeting Presentations for Florence plant.
  • Complete Period-Ending Monthly Ops Meeting Presentations for the Florence plant.
  • Complete Town Hall Presentations for the Florence plant.
  • Maintain and update org charts for plants.
  • Maintain and update the Florence Phone Directory.
  • Maintain and update the Florence Master Binder, as well as the FLorence Permits file (on the intranet), keeping current records of all necessary permits, certifications, contracts and licenses for the Florence facility.
  • Maintain Visitor Gear (bump caps, coats, safety shoes) and prep / distribute as needed for plant tours.
  • Assist with event planning, breakfast meetings, lunch meetings and plant celebrations (including set-up and decorating).
  • Shop as needed for food, party supplies, decorations.
  • Arrange for catering when necessary.
  • Send out the Weekly Operations Schedule for Florence. (May require maintaining a Florence Weekly Manager Schedule.)
  • Collect & format OPS data to be published to internal and external team (OEE, yield ect)
  • Collect and publish downtime data to be used by internal team
  • Facilitate weekly DT meeting
  • Order plant OPS supplies (hairnets, gloves ect)
  • Schedule outsider cleaning services when outside normal OPS
  • Schedule shuttle services when outside normal OPS
