About The Position

We are looking for a UAT Analyst I who will support user acceptance testing activities for BPaaS-related healthcare systems, including claims, enrollment, billing, and customer service platforms. This role follows established test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality, data accuracy, workflows, and compliance with Medicare, CMS, and internal policy requirements. This position is 100% remote, RAM Health does not provide sponsorship, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of software testing or quality assurance concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to follow structured processes and document findings clearly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid, or health insurance a plus.
Familiarity with UAT, QA processes, or defect tracking tools.
Knowledge of CMS regulations or healthcare compliance standards.
Experience with data validation or system testing.

Responsibilities

Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for BPaaS related systems including claims, enrollment, billing, or customer service platforms.
Follow test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality.
Accurately document test results, defects, and issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to resolve defects.
Validate data accuracy, system workflows, and compliance with Medicare guidelines.
Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases and checklists.
Participate in regression testing and system validation during updates or releases.
Ensure adherence to CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) requirements & internal policies.
Support data entry and verification activities related to testing scenarios.
