About The Position

Support the security analysis of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations, related technologies, and associated business processes. Review security requirements, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and help develop mitigation strategies to protect UAS environments and data. Analyze incidents, trends, and operational issues to support continuous improvement of security controls and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and security best practices. Support analysis related to UAS investigations, enforcement actions, policy, and training. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Assist with monitoring, auditing, and maintaining security-related records and evidence as needed.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of TWO (2)+ years of professional work experience.
  • Experience in security analysis, risk assessment, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, controls, and common vulnerability management practices.
  • Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical information for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Experience supporting UAS, aviation, aerospace, or transportation-related security activities.
  • Experience with law enforcement or security operations.
