About The Position

Evolved Aerospace develops mission-critical aerospace systems designed for real operational use.

You’ll operate and support testing of our portfolio of UAS platforms, working closely with engineering teams to validate system performance in real-world conditions.

Requirements

• Currently hold relevant licences (Part 107 etc)
• UAS piloting experience with strong safety discipline.
• Ability to operate in structured and evolving environments.
• Clear communication and reporting.
• Adaptability in fast-moving test and operational contexts.

Nice To Haves

• Rotorcraft or helicopter platform pilot experience.
• Defense, public safety, or commercial UAS operations.
• Flight test environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute flight tests for our suite of UAS platforms.
• Support development and validation of flight test plans.
• Provide real-time feedback on system performance.
• Identify and report anomalies during flight operations.
• Assist in system tuning and iterative testing cycles.
• Support ground testing and system bring-up as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.
