The UA Technician oversees drug and alcohol testing for our female clients in our community services programs. You will be responsible for quality, efficiency, and customer service in this role. Specific duties include: Conducting drug and alcohol testing for clients of Alternatives, including: urinalysis testing, sweat patch testing, hair testing, and breathalyzers. Documentation and paperwork. Entering and maintaining accurate data into Total Offender Management (TOM) for clients. Cross-training as needed, to help support front desk staff and traffic.
