About The Position

Suterra is seeking a U.S. Marketing Manager to join our team in Fresno, CA. This is an in-office role for someone who wants to be deeply embedded in the business, work closely with cross-functional partners, and have real ownership over how our products are positioned, promoted, and supported in the market. Regular travel will be required. This role is a key driver of our commercial success. Suterra is a leader in innovative, sustainable pest management solutions for agriculture. We operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where execution matters, accountability is expected, and strong performers are trusted to own their work. Suterra is the world’s leading provider of biorational products for crop protection and commercial pest control. The company is dedicated to researching, developing and commercializing environmentally friendly products using naturally occurring compounds such as pheromones. Suterra is growing rapidly and investing heavily in new product development and active ingredient chemical synthesis. Suterra’s parent company, The Wonderful Company, has invested over $80 million in a modern, state-of-the art facility in Bend, Oregon to synthesize active ingredients and manufacture proprietary dispensing technologies. Continued investments are planned to expand capacity for future sales growth. We are looking for a savvy, execution-oriented marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. This is not a purely strategic or purely creative role — it requires someone who can think strategically and then immediately translate that thinking into action. You will lead product marketing efforts in the U.S., manage direct reports, and partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership to bring clarity, momentum, and discipline to our go-to-market efforts. This role is a strong fit for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership.
