The Teller Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the Tellers in the banking center by modeling the highest level of customer service while processing transactions and offering products and services to potential and existing customers. This role involves coaching Tellers, managing schedules, training new staff, performing audits, and building customer relationships. The position also requires processing routine and complex transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency. The banking center operates Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with shift differentials for certain hours. Candidates must be available to work weekend hours.
