About The Position

Cleans office, models, common areas and vacant apartment. Cleans vacant apartments as required. Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. Cleans carpets, upholstered furniture, and woodwork. Washes windows, doors, and windowsills. Empties wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the community. Replaces rest room supplies and replaces light bulbs as necessary. Make ready duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write legibly and clearly.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Ability to perform these calculations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
• Valid state driver’s license
• Able to read and understand cleaning solutions containers
• Reliable and a Team Player
• Able to work weekends
• Able to be “on call” after hours and weekends
• Able to work overtime
• Able to follow posted work rules
• Able to work well with others
• Able to learn and accept constructive criticism
