About The Position

The Worker(s) will provide analyst work overseeing one or more projects concurrently. This includes completing evaluations of existing and future capabilities, conducting research into solution alternatives, enhancing system capabilities, and providing advice to stakeholders. The role involves participating in joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business requirements and develop software systems requirements. Effective communication with users is essential to determine requirements for new processes and applications or modifications to existing ones. The position requires performing system configuration, documenting business processes, and preparing project documentation with a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills, and technical aptitude. Utilizing standardized project management processes, tools, and techniques to address project needs is expected. The role also involves developing test artifacts and conducting testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and developing training documentation for various team projects. Close collaboration with developers to track defects and resolutions is necessary. Performing deep technical and analytical reviews to analyze system functionality with customers and resolve production issues is a key responsibility. Assisting with creating, maintaining, and enforcing global standards, along with performing other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support team projects, is also part of the role. Additionally, the position involves assisting in the diagnosis of problems associated with applications and writing detailed specifications for developing or correcting issues to improve system performance and/or accuracy. Other duties as assigned to maintain operations will also be performed.

Requirements

4-7 Experience with system integrations and data exchange interfaces
4-7 Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)
4-7 Analyzing data from a variety of source systems and different database technologies using SQL
4-7 Experience with Data Mapping and Transformation
4-7 Experience with Interface/Architecture design and documentation
4-7 Converting business requirements into technical specifications
4-7 Gathering, analyzing, and generating data visualization requirements for a data warehouse
4-7 Experience writing detailed test cases and test scenarios
4-7 Strong understanding of end-to-end systems validation
4-7 Experience in writing SIT and UAT test plans
4-7 Experience in working on a data warehouse (both relational and dimensional) team (DB2)
4-7 Experience in translating requirements into data visualization needs
4-7 Experience with XML/JSON/API integrations
4-7 Familiarity with REST/SOAP services and Secure data exchange (SFTP, certificates)

2 Unemployment Insurance (UI) or workforce systems (highly preferred)
2 Experience working with SIDES modules (EVF, ADF, DD, BC, MPC)
2 Experience with Natural programming language
