About The Position

This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons for young children, focusing on exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking. The teacher will encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning, and build strong relationships with children and their families. The position also requires partnering with colleagues and school leaders to foster an inclusive classroom and supporting the school community through teamwork and a passion for excellence.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have an awarded High School Diploma or GED.
Completed 12 Core ECE Units OR Have an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool.
6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Authorization to work in the United States.
