About The Position
Our Two-Summer Patent Program was created to develop you into the next successful MoFo IP attorney. We will immerse you in our Patent Litigation Group or Patent Strategy + Prosecution Group over two full summers, guide you in your professional development, and pay for you to take the USPTO exam. You will also attend our unique Patent Boot Camp training program and be mentored by our leading IP partners.
Requirements
- Must be a 2027 1L or 2028 2L student.
