Requirements
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers is required.
- A genuine love for working with the youngest members of our community, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
- Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide tender, loving care to toddlers, creating a secure and comforting environment where they can explore and grow.
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that engage and stimulate young minds, encouraging exploration and curiosity.
- Establish strong bonds with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs, fostering trust and security.
- Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's day and collaborating on developmental goals.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety guidelines to provide a secure space for our littlest learners to thrive.
