Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with toddlers is required.
  • A genuine love for working with the youngest members of our community, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
  • Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tender, loving care to toddlers, creating a secure and comforting environment where they can explore and grow.
  • Implement developmentally appropriate activities that engage and stimulate young minds, encouraging exploration and curiosity.
  • Establish strong bonds with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs, fostering trust and security.
  • Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's day and collaborating on developmental goals.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety guidelines to provide a secure space for our littlest learners to thrive.
