Requirements
- 3+ years of small engine or mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with landscape and/or snow equipment preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a background and MVR check
- No DUI or drug-related convictions within the past five years
- Must provide basic hand tools
Nice To Haves
- CDL-A a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, snow blowers, snowplows, and skid steers
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Accurately complete repair orders and maintain service records
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
