About The Position

A24's TV Marketing team is seeking a creative and strategic designer to develop innovative campaign assets for the streaming marketplace. This role focuses on ideating and designing marketing materials for A24's TV slate, with additional responsibilities in operational and administrative support. The position is based in the Los Angeles office.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in key art or social design (in-house creative for network studio or brand agency).
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Strong creative vision and sharp sense of taste.
Understanding of the TV streaming landscape and how to create unique branding and design that breaks through the marketplace.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Premiere or Avid is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members, external agencies, and production partners on marketing creative strategies and materials.
Ideate original creative marketing concepts for A24 TV titles, including key art, social media content, and experiential marketing.
Partner on key art photoshoots and social capture shoots, including creative briefs, reference decks, and on-set art direction.
Design and produce campaign deliverables such as key art, title treatments, moodboards, social content (statics, GIFs, A/V), paid media assets, and FYC creative.
Select and stylistically treat photography and screengrabs to align with campaign creative direction.
Design and maintain internal presentations and marketing overview decks.
Build and maintain visual asset libraries for all TV titles.
Support campaign tracking through content calendars and international marketing deliverable trackers.
Assist with vendor invoicing and budget tracking.
