Performs routine and skilled duties in support of tutoring services (primary) and library services (secondary) under general supervision with minimal latitude for personal decision making. This role involves coordinating daily tutoring operations, managing schedules, serving as the primary contact for tutoring services, and supporting tutor onboarding and communication. The specialist will also maintain tutoring resources, records, and utilization data, and promote tutoring services to students, faculty, and staff. Additionally, the position provides embedded tutoring and library support, offers tutoring appointments (on-campus or virtual), and assists with core library service functions, including the maintenance and creation of online guides and tutorials, campus library collection maintenance, and inventory checks. The role also includes assisting students with printing or computer use, participating in KCTCS or GCTC level projects, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
